The company in charge of making our shipments is NACEX.
- Peninsula and Portugal: €3.95
- Balearic Islands: €8.95
- Ceuta: €25.95
- Melilla: €11.95
* It is possible that shipping costs in the Peninsula increase up to €6.95 if you purchase more than 5 products.
International shipping:
- Germany, France, Monaco, Austria, Belgium, United Kingdom, Italy, Luxembourg, Holland, San Marino: €8.90
- Bulgaria, Denmark, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Slovak Republic, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden and Switzerland: €17.90
The order will be delivered to the address you have specified. If you are absent on the day of delivery, you can contact the courier company and they will help you schedule the delivery for another day.
Deliveries are made within 24-48 hours (working days) as long as the order has been placed before 2 p.m.
If more than 3 business days have passed and you have not received your order, please contact us at hello@ehlea.com and we will respond within 24 hours. Please note that during periods of high demand (such as Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) your shipment may take a little longer.

Returns
Returns are free for size or product exchanges!
If when your order arrives it doesn't fit, you want another color or you prefer to exchange it for another item, write to us at hello@ehlea.com. We will ask for your name and full address to arrange a free collection and exchange of the product. If you do not want any product at this time but are a regular customer, we can make you a voucher with the amount of the return to spend on future online purchases. In the case of wanting to return the product, the consumer will be responsible for finding the shipping method they prefer and the amount. Once the product arrives, the amount of the product will be refunded to you within the next 7 days using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please note that if you have paid shipping costs when purchasing, these will not be refunded.
In our physical establishments, returns will be made through vouchers to spend on other products.
